Ellen Bird | BE (Hons) Food Engineering, MNZIFST

Ellen has worked with some of the world’s most iconic food brands throughout her career in the food industry. Working with multinational corporations such as Nestlé, PepsiCo & Goodman Fielder as well as small to medium size local enterprises, she has developed strong technical skills and expertise across a diverse range of product groups, process technologies and food safety standards.

During her career she recognised there were a number of food businesses with amazing products & new ideas but little in way of technical support to help them ensure their products were safe, compliant and could meet the many and varying food safety standards required by customers.

Food Tech Group was formed to offer a professional & accessible service to help clients close the gaps and navigate the complexities of the food industry with confidence.
